Questions
Can I undo a removed page?
Yes. Use Undo in the workspace before exporting. The downloaded file includes your current page order, duplicates, rotations and blank pages. Your original PDF remains unchanged.
What happens to bookmarks and page links?
Supported bookmarks and internal links follow retained pages in their new order. Targets on removed pages are omitted. When a target page is duplicated, its first exported copy is used. A bookmark heading can remain when it still has retained children.
How do I move several pages together?
Select pages and drag them together, or use Move to page to position them accurately.
Can I fix sideways pages while reordering them?
Yes. Select the sideways pages and click Rotate. Each click turns the selection 90 degrees clockwise; use Undo if you turn too far.
How can I change PDF page order without dragging?
Select the pages, enter their new position in Move to page, then select Move. First and Last send the selection to either end. Check the new order in the previews before creating your PDF.
