About localipdf
localipdf helps you work with PDFs without sending your documents to a processing server.
Why browser-only?
PDFs often contain personal or business information. Processing on your device keeps document contents out of our servers and lets prepared tools work without an internet connection.
What can I do here?
Use the tools to combine PDFs, split a document, rearrange pages, reduce file size or prepare an Excel or Word copy. Each tool explains its supported files and limits. Some conversions preserve editable text; others use page pictures. Choose the output that fits your task and check it before sharing.
Who runs localipdf?
localipdf is run by Vick. For questions or support, contact support@localipdf.com.
How is it funded?
Vick funds the hosting and maintenance personally. The tools are free to use, with no account or subscription required.
Built with open-source software
localipdf uses open-source PDF, image and text-processing libraries. License notices are included with the app. Different PDF structures and browser limits can affect results; keep your original and check the copy before relying on it.
How can I check or report a problem?
The Verify it yourself page explains how to check document processing and network requests in your browser. If a result looks wrong, keep your original and contact support@localipdf.com with the tool name, browser and a description of what happened. Avoid sending private documents or passwords. A sample with invented information is usually safer for reproducing a problem.
